Faced with the necessity of relocating from their long-standing site after over a decade, Hankook sought a new office space that would meet their evolving business needs. Opting for two separate spec suites with the intention of merging them into a single, cohesive 720sqm suite, the project required significant redevelopment to align with their brand identity and operational requirements.
