Project Overview

Meinhardt, a global engineering consultancy renowned for its technical expertise and collaborative culture, sought to optimise its leased space following operational growth. The firm identified an opportunity to create a more functional and efficient workplace that better supported staff collaboration and client engagement.

The project involved an office redesign to accommodate a reduction in floor space, returning half of the leased floor to the landlord. Key objectives included relocating meeting rooms, establishing a new reception and entrance flow from a previously unmanned area, and converting an oversized utility space into a collaborative workspace. The challenge was to achieve these goals while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and productive environment and keeping the office fully operational throughout construction.

THE OUTCOME

Delivered within a four-week construction period and a budget of $420K, the fitout created a functional, modern, and welcoming workplace.
